Refund policy

Store Returns:

Merchandise in sellable condition, accompanied by an original receipt returned within 60 days of purchase, at which point the original method(s) of payment will be refunded.

Sellable Merchandise without an original receipt will be issued a refund for merchandise credit reflective of the current retail selling price(s). All SALE merchandise is final sale. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns without an original receipt.

We follow the same return policy for our online store as well.

Online Refunds and/or Exchanges:

Please contact us by email at info@janaor.com and we will help you arrange to send the items back and work out the details of any exchange. We offer free returns and will send you a shipping label to use during the return process. The returned items must be in sellable condition in order to receive a refund or exchange. We will process your refund or exchange only after receiving and inspecting your return. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

Refunds take 5-7 business days to process after we receive your return shipment. If you have not received your refund after 7 days please contact info@janaor.com for an update.
